"Matt, was at your dealership the other day. Nick was helping me with my trade and totally gave me great service. I wanted to trade a decked out 2017 Streetglide Special for something more zippy and nimble for the canyons. The Low Rider S you guys have people waiting for so I settled on a Streetbob that I would accessorize. I saw this video (Nick's 2018 Softail Low Rider "S" Harley-Davidson Motorcycle) and had to track a Low Rider S to buy. I found one and traded my bike for a 2020 Low Rider S that is in my garage now. I wanted to thank you guys for the great service and apologize for wrapping up the deal elsewhere( bike not available at your dealer), thanks again"
