The service department at Laidlaw's boasts some of the best trained and most experienced service staff in the industry. They are here and ready to serve all your customizing, repair and maintenance needs.
Our service department is housed in a state-of-the-art facility that utilizes the latest in Harley-Davidson technology. We are confident that you will be EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service you receive from our service staff.

Our service department consists of 16 full service technician bays, an engine-machine shop and a dedicated collision repair department. Our facilities
encompass a full range of tooling and equipment to handle all of your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle servicing needs.

Service Hours
Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Open for drop off & pick ups only), Tuesday - Friday, 8:00am - 7:00pm. No appointments are taken on Saturdays 8:00am - 5:00pm
(first come, first served). Contact our service department directly or use our online request form.
Collision Repair Center
Laidlaw's is proud to operate one of the finest and most efficient Harley-Davidson collision repair centers in California. Our state-of-the-art facility allows us to
dedicate an entire area of our service department to repairing motorcycles that have been damaged in road traffic accidents.
It's a sad fact, but accidents do happen!
From beginning to end, we put our customers first. If your bike has been damaged, we'll help you get back on the road faster. Our experienced staff will estimate
repairs and coordinate with the insurance company to settle your claim as soon as possible. We will then concentrate on repairing your motorcycle, so you can
get back to riding!

What to do in the event of a mechanical breakdown:
1. Use all reasonable means to protect your motorcycle from further damage resulting from continued operation.
2. Return your motorcycle to the selling dealer to determine the problem and cause of failure. If this is not possible, call the Service Center.
3. Prior to having repairs performed under the terms of this contract, make sure you or the repair facility has received authorization from the
Service Center.
