I did want to relay my thanks to you and your staff for helping me out the other night. My bike was cutting out on me on I-10 and I thought I was going to get hit. I barely rolled into your place and it was already after 5pm. The guy at the service desk tried to help me for a few but he didn't think there were any techs left. Then Jennifer walks out in her civvies as she is ready to go home, she offered to take a look at my bike for me. Two hours later with Bob (I am assuming the owner?) and the service desk guy helping, they found the problem and got me on my way.
I am extremely thankful for everything your guys (and girls) did for me that night. Bob was even looking for a used bike for me to take home for the night. I was almost embarrassed when they did not even charge me for all the time and effort put into my bike. I am sorry that we were not able to support the last event that you had which I thought was a great thing you guys were doing by supporting the deployed soldiers. Please let me know anything that we (the Army) can do to work with you in the future on your veteran or deployed soldier events.
